Hi, I'm Mo - an intuitive energy guide, educator, and space holder for deep healing and transformation.

My passion for emotional healing was born from my own health journey. After being diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold toxicity, I was forced to pause and reevaluate everything I thought I knew about health, wellness, and alignment.

​

While functional medicine played a vital role in my recovery, I sensed there were deeper, energetic layers that still needed attention. That's when I turned to energy work and somatic healing - and the shifts I experienced were undeniable. These tools didn't just help me feel better; they helped me come home to myself. 

​

I now help others do the same. 

​

With a background in education and years of experience supporting emotional growth, I've always been someone people naturally turn to for guidance and grounding. As my intuitive gifts deepened, so did my desire to support others in releasing trauma, clearing energetic blockages, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom.

My approach is simple, immediate and effective. Many clients feel a shift after just one session, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many clients release their therapists after experiencing the clarity through our work together.

I specialize in working with individuals - especially those who are navigating major life transitions, whether it is divorce, trauma, PTSD, or the lingering weight of old emotional wounds. I also work with highly sensitive individuals who feel overwhelmed by the world around them and are seeking grounded relief.

When I am not holding space for others, you will find me in nature,  trying out a new restaurant, hanging out with my dog, or connecting with others on a similar path of self-discovery and growth.
