I’m Mo, an intuitive energy guide, educator, and space holder for deep healing and transformation.

 

My passion for emotional healing grew from my own journey—being diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold toxicity forced me to pause, reevaluate, and question everything I thought I knew about health, wellness, and alignment.

 

While functional medicine played an important role in my recovery, I sensed there were deeper energetic layers that needed attention. Turning to energy work and somatic healing revealed shifts that were undeniable. These tools didn’t just help me feel better—they helped me come fully home to myself.

 

I now help others do the same.

 

A first-born generational Indian raised in Ohio, I’ve always carried a strong sense of responsibility and intuition. With a background in education and years of experience supporting emotional growth, people naturally turn to me for guidance and grounding. As my intuitive gifts deepened, so did my desire to help others release trauma, clear energetic blockages, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

 

My approach is simple, immediate, and effective. Many clients notice a shift after just one session—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

 

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating major life transitions—divorce, trauma, PTSD, or the lingering weight of old emotional wounds. I also work with highly sensitive individuals seeking grounded relief from feeling overwhelmed by the world.

 

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me dancing, spending time with friends, exploring nature, trying a new restaurant, traveling, or enjoying time with my fur baby. Last but not least, cheering on Ohio State!
