Energy healing sessions—whether using The Emotion Code or F.I.X. Code—can create meaningful energetic and emotional shifts. As your body releases trapped emotions and recalibrates, you may experience temporary effects that are a natural part of the healing process.
This form is designed to help you understand what to expect and how to care for yourself following a session.
Possible Temporary Effects
Following a session, you may notice one or more of the following:
☐ Emotional release such as crying, mood changes, or heightened emotions
☐ Vivid dreams or increased dream recall
☐ Fatigue, light-headedness, or the need for extra rest
☐ Headache or mild body aches
☐ Feeling “off,” foggy, or emotionally sensitive
☐ A sense of lightness, calm, or emotional clarity
☐ Increased awareness or insights about past experiences
☐ Temporary agitation, irritability, or emotional intensity for a short period (for example, later the same day)
☐ Feeling blank or unable to connect certain emotions to old memories (“emotional blowouts”)
☐ You may want to speak freely and get everything off your chest. The suggestion is to stay low-key after a session so as not to regret your actions—this will pass. Those things that once triggered you will no longer seem as important. Much has changed, and how you feel about things may have changed as well.
☐ You may also experience some physical blowouts, such as a natural cleanse in whatever form that may take.
These experiences are temporary and typically indicate that your body and energy systems are processing, clearing, and rebalancing. Most effects are short-term and subside within a few days.
Aftercare Recommendations
To support your body’s natural healing process after a session, it is recommended that you:
☐ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
☐ Rest when needed and listen to your body
☐ Spend quiet time in reflection, journaling, or meditation
☐ Engage in light physical exercise such as stretching, yoga, or walking to help energy flow and grounding
☐ Avoid overstimulation or stressful situations immediately after your session
☐ Practice grounding techniques such as deep breathing or spending time in nature
Be gentle with yourself and enjoy your new sense of space and clarity.
