Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on therapy involving light touch on 32 points on the head. These "bars" are believed to hold all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that limit a person's life. By gently touching these points, Access Bars aims to release this stored energy, promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of well-being.
